Fiserv CBS Worldwide, a financial software developer in Central Florida, is adding 1,600 jobs in a $100-million expansion (pictured right).
Andrx Corporation, a pharmaceutical company in Broward County, is expanding by $70 million and 200 jobs.
Visa International's new Latin American headquarters in Miami-Dade County represents $48 million in capital investment and 385 jobs.
Raymond James Financial has committed $82 million and 1,000 jobs to Pinellas County.
Merck-Medco in Tampa established a $40-million, 1,000-employee customer care center in the Hidden River Corporate Park.
Mitsubishi Power Systems announced a $40-million turbine engine manufacturing facility in Seminole County, creating 450 new jobs.
BJ's Wholesale Club announced that it would establish a $290-million Southeast regional headquarters and distribution center in Duval County, creating 267 jobs.
Burger King is completing construction on a $52-million, 230,000-sq.-ft. (21,390-sq.-m.) headquarters complex in Miami-Dade County that will employ 700 workers.
Bank of America of Broward County will soon move into its new 80,000-sq.-ft. (7,440-sq.-m.) headquarters facility on Las Olas Boulevard in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Neilsen Media Research is building a new campus in Oldsmar in northern Pinellas County that will add 600 to 700 new workers.
United Health Care has established a new customer service center employing 700 people in Oldsmar.
Linvatec, a high-tech manufacturer of precision surgical devices, is expanding by more than 200,000 sq. ft. (18,600 sq. m.) in Largo in central Pinellas County.
IBM just opened a 210,000-sq.-ft. (19,530-sq.-m.), $32.5- million facility on Rocky Point Road in Tampa, accommodating 1,300 high-tech employees.
Graebel signed a 10-year deal to move into a new $6.2-million, 120,000-sq.-ft. (11,160-sq.-m.) facility in the 110-acre (45-hectare) Enterprise Center just off Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach.

Coca Cola Company has selected Auburndale in Polk County for a $130-million bottling plant. The facility will employ 300 workers.
Household Financial, the No. 2 U.S. consumer finance firm, will add 520 new jobs in Tampa in a new 60,000-sq.-ft. (5,580-sq.-m.) facility plus an existing facility in Brandon.
Tropicana Products completed a $60-million, 102,000-sq.-ft. (9,486-sq.-m.) juice storage facility and 145,000-sq.ft. (13,471-sq.-m.) headquarters expansion in Bradenton, Manatee County.
Gomma, a European automotive supplier, is adding 300 jobs and 160,000 sq. ft. (14,880 sq. m.) of space to the Jacksonville market.
