      4. Child Care Credits -- Firms that provide or sponsor child care are eligible for a tax credit of up to 50% of the direct cost to the employer.
      5. Sales Tax Exemption -- Manufacturing equipment purchased is exempt from sales & use tax. Qualified materials handling equipment is exempt from sales & use tax.
      6. Taxable and Tax Exempt Industrial Revenue Bond financing.
