      3. Job Tax Credits -- 1,250 per job, per year, for five (5) years when 25 or more permanent jobs are created. The credits can be carried forward to year ten (10). State requires the wages must be 15% above the average wage in Forsyth County.
      4. Child Care Credits -- Firms that provide or sponsor child care are eligible for a tax credit of up to 50% of the direct cost to the employer.
      5. Sales Tax Exemption -- Manufacturing equipment purchased is exempt from sales & use tax. Qualified materials handling equipment is exempt from sales & use tax.
      6. Taxable and Tax Exempt Industrial Revenue Bond financing.
