Marnell Properties: Meeting Any Demand
When asked what makes Las Vegas, Nev.-based Marnell Properties unique to the industry, Guy Amato, Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, says, "the vision of our owner, Anthony Marnell, and our ability to manage a business and make decisions rapidly. All decision-makers are in one building, and we have immediate access to capital. If we are hired to build, we can start tomorrow since our architects, interior designers, construction, and commercial property experts are all under one roof."
Marnell Properties -- a real estate development and management company that focuses on the acquisition, development, and management of commercial, revenue-producing real estate holdings and long-term portfolios -- has helped define the look and environment of Las Vegas through its innovative architectural designs, interior designs, and construction techniques for many Steve Wynn properties such as The Mirage Hotel, The Bellagio Hotel, and the $2 billion Wynn Resorts.
Marnell Properties is currently creating Marnell Corporate Center, a 350,000-sq.-ft. (32,515-sq.-m.) master planned suburban Class A office campus. At the crossroads of the southwest, the corporate center recently signed on two firms in growth mode. "NAI, a global real estate services company, is looking to enhance its image and expand its office space. Our second tenant is a young and growing law firm, specializing in real estate transaction law, and they wanted to be associated with the Marnell name because of our real estate expertise," says Amato.
Marnell Airport Center is a master planned 75-acre (30-hectare) mixed-use development adjacent to McCarran International Airport that will be completed by mid-2005. The airport center will include flexible office space, warehouse distribution areas, runway access, and private jet hangars.
