Within the 440-acre (178-hectare) downtown Community Redevelopment Area, four commercial and industrial projects totaling $890 million in capital investment are planned. Over the next 30 months, 1 million sq. ft. (92,900 sq. m.) of industrial space and 3 million sq. ft. (278,700 sq. m.) of commercial space will be built. |
