Palm Harbor Program Finalized

The Spring 2003 IAMC Professional Forum, slated for April 6?9 in Palm Harbor, Fla., has adopted the theme “Getting it Done Right: Industrial Asset Management Approaches to Proficiency and Profitability.”

Building on the success of the inaugural IAMC Professional Forum in Savannah, Ga., the keynote speakers and panelists at the Spring 2003 Professional Forum will define issues, offer specific solutions and challenge corporate real estate, economic development and service provider professionals to work more proficiently to improve profitability within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.

This Forum’s emphasis is placed on three broad learning categories: Corporate, Departmental and Professional Development. Within the context of these categories, speakers and panelists will provide information, guidelines, and/or case studies designed to help registrants simplify their work approaches, tap into creative reserves and effect significant profit improvements.

In addition to the featured speakers, the Spring 2003 Professional Forum will continue the popular afternoon Workshop series, focusing on timely topics that are of particular interest to manufacturing and industrial corporate real estate and asset management professionals. Topics slated for Workshops include Leadership Development, Economic Updates, Shareholder Value Growth, Strategic Planning Trends, Portfolio Management, Brownfields and Lease Negotiations.
