Dear IAMC members and prospective members:
This month I am pleased to welcome many of you to the IAMC Professional Forum in Tucson, Ariz., March 13-17, 2004.
Our focus is top-notch professional education and executive networking exclusively for the industrial and manufacturing corporate real estate community. We strive to present the best programming and people to help us meet the market challenges and opportunities you and I face every day.

IAMC delivers a high degree of professionalism within an intimate, congenial, business-oriented environment where we can truly build productive relationships with peers from around the globe. This Forum adds a new layer to the mix, with our first leadership development seminar. And the Research Roundtable series moved from Saturday to Wednesday continues with an enlightening look at the impact of Sarbanes-Oxley on the practice of corporate real estate.
The Professional Forum is an incredibly valuable experience that has met with overwhelming success. Together we will learn of emerging trends, share our perspectives, and return with creative strategies and relevant techniques to deliver even more value to our employers and customers.
To those of you who are joining me in Tucson, I look forward to talking with you about our profession as our association gathers momentum. To those of you who can’t make it, we look forward to your joining IAMC for the Fall 2004 Forum, Sept. 25-29, in Memphis.
Warmest regards,
Robert F. Zane
