Northeast New Jersey More than 35 years ago, Russo Development, LLC started doing construction, and they've maintained that capability, adding to it everything from site excavation and grading to architecture to construction management to property management, all completed in-house. "Most clients come to us looking for image properties in new buildings Russo says the firm's clients like the one-stop shopping inherent in the firm's vertical integration, and that clients "know we are very experienced in many aspects of development to maintain control and quality over our projects. We keep direct supervision and direct control over every process in development." As one of New Jersey's most active and successful industrial developers with a particular niche in spec development in northern New Jersey, Russo Development has built over 1 million sq. ft. (92,900 sq. m.) of Class A industrial facilities over the past few years, all of which have been substantially pre-leased prior to completion. In April 2005, Russo Development announced that construction of Saw Mill Park, a new industrial park in Kearny, N.J., is nearing completion. Saw Mill Park will contain two buildings of 158,236 sq. ft. (14,700 sq. m.) each situated on 165 acres (67 hectares), and each building will have units divisible down to 60,000 sq. ft. (5,574 sq. m.). Russo Development also announced in April that site work has begun at Brookline Corporate Center, a new flex/industrial park in Mahwah, N.J. When completed, the center will span more than 315,000 sq. ft. (29,264 sq. m.) within two Class A industrial buildings. |
