Eli Lilly and Co. in 2024 opened its Lilly Seaport Innovation Center in the Boston Seaport, part of a Boston market that a new Cushman & Wakefield report identifies as having the most square feet of life sciences space in inventory and under construction. Lilly further expanded its Seaport presence in fall 2025.

Cushman & Wakefield yesterday released its 119-page Life Sciences Update. In addition to global, U.S., Canadian, European and Chinese trend analysis, the report features in-depth, data-saturated market profiles of 37 regions, including three on the Chinese mainland and eight “emerging markets”: Atlanta, Austin, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston, Indianapolis, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Costa Rica.
