The NOAA/National Weather Service Storm Prediction Center as of Tuesday, May 20, had documented 882 reported tornadoes across the country, many of them occurring outside the typical “Tornado Alley” in the Midwest and south-central states. Newmark announced last week that it had represented Zscaler in a new 301,163-sq.-ft. sublease at 4301 and 4401 Great America Parkway in Santa Clara, California, that will serve as the AI-powered cybersecurity solutions company’s global headquarters. Located in the Great America Parkway corridor, “the property is surrounded by world-class corporate neighbors, adjacent to Levi’s Stadium and offers convenient access to nearby retail, restaurant and hotel amenities,” Newmark said. The HQ is projected to open in summer 2026.
