Edward C. Lubieniecki has been appointed executive vice president for the Western Region Consulting Services of Grubb & Ellis Co., based in New York City. Lubieniecki will bring more than 20 years of industry experience to the firm’s San Francisco office.
In addition to being selected to manage the entire 30-million-sq.-ft. domestic real estate portfolio of Bank of America, Atlanta-based Jones Lang LaSalle has made a few appointments of its own. Sherri S. Parman has joined the firm in Atlanta as executive vice president, global consulting; David Hand has been named the new head of the firm’s Beijing office; Mark Rose has been appointed CFO for the Americas region; and at the firm’s office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Eoin Slavin has been named managing director and Ramsay Tadros has been named senior vice president of South America operations.
Peter Doherty (left), a former principal at the Washington, D.C. office of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, has been named managing director of the Washington office of Advantis Real Estate Services Co., the commercial real estate services division of Jacksonville-based The St. Joe Company.
Mark R. Reardon, former senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, has join the Boston office of Insignia/ESG Inc. as senior managing director. Reardon was top producer in New England for his former employer from 1998 through 2000, and was the leading industrial producer for the entire company in 2000. The firm also announced that Hiloh Izumo, former vice president with Trammell Crow Co., has joined the Chicago office as managing director in the Midwest Industrial Services Group.
Cecilia A. Mowatt (left), former business development expert for McDonald’s Corp., has been named the first international president for GVA Worldwide, the Chicago-based organization of 2,600 real estate professionals serving more than 70 markets.
Haley & Aldrich, the national underground engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Boston, has announced the following promotions: David A. Schoenwolf to principal and senior vice president; Daniel J. Dobbels to senior associate and vice president; and Robert A. Mullin to associate and vice president.
Information firms team up from either end of the Main Line
Boston-based VFA and Baltimore-based EMG, two national leaders in real estate information services, have formed an alliance to bolster their efforts in serving the facility and capital asset management needs of industrial and commercial clients. Part of the agreement is the enrollment of all EMG engineers in VFA’s Facilities/Infrastructure Certification Program, including the use of VFA.facility, the company’s flagship facility management software. “VFA continues to innovate in the development of business practices, information, and data management tools that are vital to clients like ours – organizations with significant real estate holdings,” said Michael Logsdon, president and CEO of EMG. “This partnership will help EMG continue to leverage its leadership in commercial real estate assessment services and strengthen our offerings throughout the life cycle of real estate. |
