Conway Data Inc., publisher of Site Selection magazine and manager of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), relocated its corporate headquarters to The Corners Office Park in Norcross, Ga., on December 1, 2004. The Corners, leased and managed by the Trammell Crow Company, is located at the intersection of The Corners Parkway and Holcomb Bridge Road in Peachtree Corners, a Northeast Atlanta community known for its effective blend of office, retail and residential real estate.
      Conway Data will occupy nearly 7,000 sq. ft. (650 sq. m.) at 6625 The Corners Parkway. The lease term is 68 months. IAMC member Arthur L. Murray, associate broker with Lavista Associates Inc. in Norcross, represented CDI in the transaction. Trammell Crow represented The Corners.

      The building is part of a 500,000-sq.-ft. (46,450-sq.-m.) development that won the coveted "Suburban Office Park of the Year" award in 1997 from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Atlanta. Additionally, Building 6625 received the "Building of the Year" award in the category of best building under 100,000 sq. ft. (9,290 sq. m.).
      In addition to serving as IAMC's new home, the new corporate headquarters of CDI will house all operations of Site Selection magazine, including editorial, advertising, production, circulation, finance and administrative support.
