Mohr Wants More
IAMC member organization and Dallas-based international corporate real estate adviser Mohr Partners Inc. has entered into an alliance with AsiaPac International, for tenant representation and design and project management services in Asia and Latin America. The firm established a similar alliance in India in 2003 with Arora & Associates, following on its partnership agreement with Martindale CRE Ltd. for tenant representation services in Europe. But the growth is not just abroad. Mohr has also opened new offices in Atlanta and Philadelphia, through a merger with Intresinc and the naming of Intresinc founders Barbara Spohn, Martin Brannon, and Tom McLaughlin, as managing partners. In addition, the firm has hired real estate veteran James Barton to head up Mohr's new office in Orlando, Fla. The firm now has 22 offices and affiliates in 10 countries. Dina Boscardin, managing partner working out of Mohr's Scottsdale, Ariz., office, is an IAMC member. |
